Messaging and speed display occur in a unit that measures just 30 x 40" tall, weighs only 48 pounds, and is mounted to a light post, telephone pole or other similar structure. Despite the compact design, speed digits are 18" high and the full-matrix messaging display is graphics capable. In terms of programming, all operations are performed using a PDA or PC, and setup is easy from the start.
